I have always tried to expand my horizons in creating new dishes and exciting the taste buds of my diners. This year I have embarked on a journey to become a Michelin Chef, training with some of the world's best known chefs. My journey so far.
Autumn 2023. Training alongside Clare Smyth of Core restaurant in London - the UK's only female to have achieved 3 Michelin Stars.
February 2024. Training with Claude Bosi, owner of Bibendum restaurant in London - Claude Bosi is the only chef in history to have Michelin stars awarded to the restaurant in the orginal UK Michelin HQ.

Clare herself trained under world-renowned chefs Thomas Keller and Alain Ducasse, and worked alongside Gordon Ramsey before opening her own restaurants in London and Sydney.
Clare has also appeared on television shows such as Masterchef and Saturday Kitchen and notably catered for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding.

Jonny Bone is Head Chef at Core the top London restaurant operated by Clare Smyth, the only British Woman to be awarded three Michelin Stars.
Jonny Bone, who has worked with Clare Smyth for more than 10 years has spent time in renowned kitchens which include Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Frédéric Simonin in Paris, Geranium, and Blue Hill at Stone Barns
“Working alongside Jonny Bone during my training was a pleasure and an inspiration. He is so enthusiastic, and his personality is just totally infectious". said Babak who is rapidly working his way up to being one of the top chefs in the county".

Michelin Diploma Chef Babak Taherkhani has got about 20 years experience in the kitchen also he had his NVQ diploma in professional cookery also he had his Michelin Diploma Chef and had his live training with 3 Michelin Star restaurant, Core by Clare Smyth and worked with 2 Michelin star restaurant, Claude Bosi in London.
